Ghedalia Tazartes ?– Coda Lunga LP [2012, Von]

Discogs

I really can say I would like post every of his releases here, but Coda Lunga is one of his latest releases and Gehdalia is still an outstanding artist, far away from any other stuff I heard before. His mix of „Speaking In Tongues“ voices, electronic Rhythms, Ethnic field recordings and blasting noise Musique Concrete tracks was always a great influence for many experimental musicians. Timeless.

Savant – The Neo Realist (At Risk) LP [1983, Palace Of Lights]

Discogs

Kerry Leimer’s release under the moniker “Savant” is a perfect example of early sample based music in the early 80s… Weird electronic drum computer rhythms, radio voices and African structures. It’s almost perfect for every open minded dancefloor.

Alesia Cosmos – Exclusivo! LP [1983, Planetarium]

Discogs

This record is a perfect example of a free interpretation of something like Post Punk, Musique Concrete structures and Ethnic reverse sung songs. It gives a good feeling what was really going on in the 80s in France.

At last something for our hearts. Great Mexican Electronic Ethinc record with beautiful jungle soundscapes, acoustic percussions and heavy bass arpegios. Killer.
